Computer Software Management (Tune-up)

MacOS X hardly ever crashes, but it does tend to slow down over time. Let us get your machine(s) running at peak efficiency again. We will inspect for and cleanup duplicate file(s) and/or folder(s), check for correct file system information, operating system and unnecessary items. Ask about our quarterly Tune-up specials.

Computer Hardware Install

Need to upgrade? Just purchased a shiny new Mac? We can handle the details.
Includes installation of memory (RAM), hard drives, peripherals, and backup systems. Installation, set up, data transfer and orientation of new systems.

I'm Confused-What Do I Buy?

With so many choices in todays Mac market, help is just a phone call away. We can answer fundamental questions on one computer's features versus the next. Includes full information on the capabilities of the computers and peripherals such as networking, internet, application software, utility software and custom network wiring.

Custom Software Solutions

Need a special task or chore setup in the software application you use the most? We can train you to create custom templates specially suited to your individual needs. Or, if you just can't find the time to figure out how to get the job done, we can do the setup for you, and show you how to make the most of it.

Support Agreements (On Site)

If you pre-purchase your Macintosh support in quantity, we offer you a discounted per hour and per call rate which may include any or all of the aforementioned services. The hourly rate billed declines as you buy larger blocks of support. May also include weekly or monthly on-site visits, for checkups or tutoring, etc. Tailored to meet your specific requirements.
